Awanthi Karunarathne

Awanthi Karunarathne is a skilled payroll management professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Assistant Manager - Payroll at Legacy Health LLC since September 2023, Awanthi previously held the same position at Quess Lanka from October 2022 to August 2023. Prior to this, Awanthi worked as a Senior Payroll Executive at SSP Corporate Services (Pvt) Ltd from July 2007 to April 2022, gaining expertise in payroll processing, employee welfare, statutory reporting, and annual tax balancing. Awanthi holds a Bachelor of Labour Education in Human Resources Management and Services, as well as a Diploma in Labour Education from the University of Colombo.
