Subhashini Konara

Subhashini Konara has extensive experience in operations management and medical billing, currently serving as Manager of Operations at Legacy Health LLC since July 2018, after previously holding the position of Assistant Manager - Operations. Prior to this role, Subhashini worked at SYNERGEN Health LLC from February 2016 to July 2018 as Assistant Team Lead and Senior Operations Analyst, and spent over seven years at MediGain, where the journey began as a Medical Billing Executive and progressed through various leadership roles to Operations Team Lead. Earlier experience includes working as an Accounts Clerk at MJR Peiris & Sons (PVT) Ltd. Subhashini holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and has completed stages in Accounting and Finance with the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka.
