Pat Thatcher

Pat Thatcher has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. From 1990 to 2008, Pat was the owner of New Chapters, Inc, where they provided personal coaching, work/life programs, public speaking, and produced award-winning television programs and wrote newspaper columns on various topics. In 2008, Pat joined Sotheby's International Realty as a professional and successful REALTOR, where they achieved multiple designations and provided clients with top-level service until 2019. Since 2019, Pat has been the Vice President at Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty, bringing their years of real estate experience to the team and enjoying their love for Maine's cities, towns, and coastline.

Pat Thatcher holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Wheelock College. Prior to that, they obtained a BS/BA degree in Marketing and Economics from Merrimack College. Pat Thatcher also possesses several certifications such as Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) from the National Assoc. of Realtors, Luxury Estates Advisor (LEA) from Jack Cotton Real Estate Agent and Author, NAR's Green Designation (GREEN) from the National Assoc. of Realtors, Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) from Mass. Assoc of Realtors, and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) from Senior Real Estate Specialists.
