Brian Nunn

Brian Nunn is an experienced construction estimator and project manager with a strong background in cost estimation, contract negotiation, and project resource management. Currently serving as a Construction Estimator at Legacy South since July 2023 and as an Estimator at Cabeen Originals since January 2022, Brian has honed skills in obtaining quotes, negotiating pricing, and advising clients on cost-saving strategies. Previous roles include Preconstruction Manager at Grace Construction Consultants, Estimator/Project Manager at New Blue Construction, Project Management at Bell Development Company, Inc., and Contract Administrator at Wurster Construction. Brian holds a degree from Ball State University, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
