Peter O'Hanlon

Peter O'Hanlon has extensive work experience in the finance and property development industries. Peter has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Supervisor at Deloitte & Touche in 1982. Peter later worked as Chief Financial Officer at Wilson Enterprises from 1987 to 1991 and as Controller at DCT Systems from 1991 to 1992. O'Hanlon then joined Gables Residential as Controller from 1992 to 1998 before becoming the SVP and Chief Financial Officer at Dominion Homes from 1998 to 2004. Peter then served as Division President at Beazer Homes from 2005 to 2006 and as Executive Vice President at KB Home in 2006. O'Hanlon spent the majority of their career at Legacy Property Group, where they served as CFO from 2007 to 2022 before being promoted to the role of President of Legacy Property Group in August 2022. Presently, they are working as the President of Legacy Ventures Hospitality.

Peter O'Hanlon obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Emory University, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance and Management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, attending from 1980 to 1982.
