Since March 2008, Joel has served as the Divisional Operations Manager for Legacy Hotels & Resorts and as the General Manager of Bakubung Bush Lodge, overseeing various operations including guest relations, finances, and staff development. Prior roles include Food & Beverage Manager at Princess Cruises and Moevenpick Hotels & Resorts, and General Manager at Monsoon Lagoon, among others.
