Lynnette Miner

Lynnette Miner serves as a Senior Staff Attorney at Legal Aid at Work, focusing on advancing gender equity and LGBTQ rights through class action litigation, individual support, and outreach efforts while also engaging in team well-being initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Staff Attorney and Staff Attorney at the Southern Poverty Law Center, where Lynnette led litigation challenging prison conditions and addressed civil rights issues within Alabama's criminal legal system. Lynnette's background also features a Fellowship with the Santa Clara County Office of the County Counsel, work with the Impact Fund on sex discrimination cases, and a clerkship at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Education includes a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA with Highest Distinction in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
