Education Law Paralegal - Children And Families Practice Group at Legal Aid Chicago

Hannah Gonzalez currently serves as an Education Law Paralegal in the Children and Families Practice Group at Legal Aid Chicago since May 2023. Previously, Hannah held multiple roles at Connecticut College from August 2020 to May 2023, including Lead Communications and Programming Fellow for the Division of Institutional Equity and Inclusion and Leadership Development Ambassador of Race and Ethnicity Programs. In the summer of 2022, Hannah worked as a Policy & Advocacy Fellow at the International Rescue Committee, focusing on Resettlement, Asylum, and Integration. Earlier experiences include an Undergraduate Clerk position at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, where duties involved assisting in court proceedings and case management, and a Summer Intern role at The Law Offices of Maria M Barlow, LLC, where case management tasks were performed. Hannah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Connecticut College in 2023, following an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Trinity High School in River Forest, IL.
