Emily Smith is a seasoned attorney specializing in housing law, currently serving as a Housing Attorney at the Legal Aid Justice Center since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Attorney General with the Virginia Division of Child Support Enforcement from February 2019 to June 2022, and as a Staff Attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia from December 2015 to January 2019. Emily began their legal career as a Post Graduate Fellow at the Norfolk Commonwealth Attorney's Office in 2015.
