Chris Giffin

Chris Giffin is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Legal Aid of Western Missouri since October 2021, where leadership is provided for significant technological advancements and strategic planning. Previously, as IT Director at Vance Brothers from January 2014 to October 2021, Chris reshaped the IT vision to enhance efficiency and advised senior management on prioritizing major projects. Chris also held the position of IT Manager at Essense of Australia, overseeing global IT infrastructure, and was a Network Administrator/Programmer at Mid-America Regional Council, where project management and consultant selection were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes roles as a Customer Application Engineer at Intergraph and a GIS Programmer at Burns & McDonnell, focusing on application development and technical support. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Northwest Missouri State University.
