Nick Roller has a breadth of work experience in various roles and industries. Nick began their career in 1990 in the Ministry of Education and Training, where they worked in Federal Provincial Relations until 1996. Nick then transitioned to the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, serving as the Manager of Court Services Support from 2000 to 2003. In 2004, Nick founded Roller Associates Inc and served as President until 2013. During this time, they gained valuable entrepreneurial experience. In 2013, they joined Legal Aid Ontario as the Business Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Manager, Facilities and Leasing in 2017. Nick's diverse background in both public and private sectors, as well as their leadership roles, position him as a well-rounded professional with expertise in operations, business management, and facility management.
Nick Roller has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Biostatistics/Epidemiology from the University of Manitoba. Nick also has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Parasitology/population dynamics from the University of Toronto.
