Christian Root is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in family and matrimonial law. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Mid New York since August 2022, Christian previously held the position of Partner at Tully Rinckey PLLC from April 2019 to August 2022. A robust legal background includes roles as First Assistant County Attorney for Tioga County, Lead Counsel for Tompkins County Department of Social Services, and Senior Staff Attorney at Legal Aid of Broome County.
