Rhea Yo

Rhea Yo is an experienced legal professional with a comprehensive background in youth and children's advocacy. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Legal Counsel for Youth and Children since July 2018, Rhea has held various roles, including Director of Legal Services, Youth Homelessness Program Supervisor, and Staff Attorney. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Attorney at the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, along with roles as Supervising Attorney and Staff Attorney at the Children’s Law Center. Rhea's early experience also encompasses serving as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan and as a Legal Intern at the International Justice Mission. Rhea holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women's Studies, Political Science, and Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
