Kate Hatter has a wealth of work experience in marketing, communications, and production. Kate began their professional career in 2014 as a Producer for Synapse, an audio project comprised of a team of duPont Manual High School journalists. Kate then moved on to become the Engagement & Communications Intern for the Fund for the Arts in 2016, where they gathered content for a persuasive video and acted as a liaison for the Louisville Arts Awards. In 2014, they became the Executive Producer for R.A.M. Sports Talk, coordinating recording sessions and providing supplemental resources. Kate then took on the role of Business & Marketing Manager for Manual RedEye in 2015, coordinating marketing events, formulating ad campaigns, running social media, managing public relations, and marketing the brand to the surrounding community. In the same year, they began working as a Sales Representative for Watson's, achieving a $2,000 daily sales goal, placing tedious orders exceeding $10,000, and performing cost analysis on products. Kate then became a Tax Professional for H&R Block in 2017, finding clients additional $3,000 in refunds, overseeing 40 accounts to ensure proper filing, and reassuring clients about changes in federal tax law. In 2018, they began working for Brown-Forman as an E-Premise Specialist, building the FY22 Portfolio Occasion Calendar for E-Premise, coordinating e-premise and brand alignment meetings, and acting as an e-premise liaison for the Brown-Forman portfolio's e-merchandising retailer needs. Kate also held the role of Emerging Brands Integration Coordinator, building eight FY'21 brand plans and prioritization guides, managing biweekly team communication through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and creating a division-wide website containing activation materials to support sales and marketing integration. Additionally, they held the role of Supply Planning Intern, completing a study on international material deactivations and performing inventory reconciliations. In 2018, they also worked as a Marketing Intern for Kelley Construction, Inc., increasing engagement by 31% across all social media and developing a digital marketing process integrating 5 platforms. In 2016, they became the Promotion Manager for Z Media, building campaign plans, executing digital and print promotion, and updating the website. Kate Hatter completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Marketing at the University of Louisville in 2020. Kate attended duPont Manual High School from 2013 to 2017, where they were part of the Journalism & Communications magnet. In 2019, they obtained six certifications from Google, including Advanced Google Analytics, Google Analytics for Beginners, Google Analytics for Power Users, Digital Sales Certification, Shopping Ads, and Google Ads Fundamentals.
