Previously, Jessica was the Director of Executive Search at CALIBRATE, where responsibilities included optimizing talent and operational excellence for law firms. Jessica has also held roles at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP, focusing on marketing and business development strategies for multiple legal practice areas.
