Shelby Smith

Shelby Smith is a qualified lawyer with extensive experience in criminal law and professional conduct. Currently employed at the Legal Services Commission since March 2022, Shelby previously served as a Criminal Lawyer at Potts Lawyers from December 2017 to March 2022, focusing on criminal and domestic violence law. Prior to this role, Shelby worked as a Law Clerk at R.A Solicitors, gaining expertise in various legal areas, and completed work experience at both McLaughlins Lawyers and Southport Magistrates Court, which provided valuable insights into family law and domestic violence proceedings.
