Kitanya Kelly

Kitanya Kelly, Esq. is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in immigration law and various pro bono initiatives. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at Legal Services NYC since April 2018, Kitanya advocates for clients on immigration matters, supervising and training assistants and interns in case preparation. Previous roles include Associate Director at Caribbean Women's Health Association, Inc., and several pro bono positions where Kitanya handled uncontested divorces, prepared petitions for Temporary Protected Status, and contributed to human rights cases. Kitanya's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, a Legal Education Certificate from the University of the West Indies, and a Bachelor's degree in English from Northeastern University.
