Jeff Hearne

Jeffrey M. Hearne is the Chief Advocacy Officer at Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc., a position held since July 2001. Previously, Jeffrey M. Hearne served as the Director of the Tenants' Rights Clinic at the University of Miami School of Law from January 2010 to May 2023, overseeing student representation for clients facing eviction, termination from Section 8, and denial of affordable housing applications. Jeffrey M. Hearne holds a law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, obtained between 1998 and 2001, and a B.A. in Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 1998.
