Ajay Jagtiani

Ajay Jagtiani is an accomplished legal professional with nearly 27 years of experience in patent prosecution and intellectual property law. Currently serving as an Equity Principal and Co-Leader of the Intellectual Property Group at Miles & Stockbridge P.C. since June 2016, Ajay specializes in areas such as patentability, validity, and infringement opinions, as well as licensing and mergers & acquisitions. Ajay has also held leadership roles on the Board of Directors for Legal Services of Northern Virginia and Devotion To Children. Previous positions include CEO of Alchemy-Partners, PC, and Shareholder at Vedder Price. Ajay is a founder of Jagtiani + Guttag and began the career as an Attorney at Fisher & Associates. Educational credentials include a JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a BSEE from Virginia Tech.
