Dipti Pidikiti-Smith

Dipti Pidikiti-Smith is an experienced legal professional with a focus on consumer and housing law. Currently serving at the Fairfax County General District Court since August 2022, Dipti also holds a long-standing position at Legal Services of Northern Virginia, where responsibilities include chairing the Consumer Law and Housing Law department and representing clients in various legal matters including evictions, protective orders, custody, and financial disputes. Prior positions include Deputy Director of Advocacy at UDC David A. Clarke School of Law and roles as a Judicial Law Clerk at both the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the District of Columbia Courts. Dipti earned a Juris Doctor from UDC Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Temple University.
