Allison Constance

Allison Standard Constance is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Director of Pro Bono Programs at Legal Aid of North Carolina since July 2023. Prior to this role, Allison was the Director of Pro Bono Initiatives at the University of North Carolina School of Law from August 2016 to July 2023. Additionally, Allison held the position of Assistant Director of Post-Conviction Litigation at North Carolina Prisoner Legal Services from September 2009 to August 2016, focusing on post-conviction litigation for incarcerated individuals in North Carolina. Allison earned a JD with Honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2009 and a BA in Political Science with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2006.
