Missy Hatley

Missy Hatley is currently the Director of Development at Legal Aid of North Carolina, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free legal services to low-income individuals. Previously, Missy served as Sr. Director of Mission Advancement at CASA NC from January 2014 to March 2023 and held various roles at Habitat for Humanity of Wake County, including Director of Annual Fund and Communications and Assistant Director of Development and Communications. Missy's early career included positions as Corporate Communications Manager at Stock Building Supply and Community Relations Director at One80 Place. Missy holds a B.A. and an M.A. in English from North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina Wilmington, respectively.
