Savita Nimkar

Savita Nimkar has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property, currently serving as a Legal Assistant at LegalForce RAPC since 2014, where responsibilities include international trademark filings and management. Previously, Savita held the position of Examiner of Trade Marks at the Trade Marks Registry IP Office in Mumbai from March 2016 to December 2016, and worked as an Advocate in District Court and as a Junior Trademark Attorney at LegalForce RAPC from August 2014 to January 2016, focusing on searches, mailing, accounting, and trademark filings. Academically, Savita holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from RTM Nagpur University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in the same field from Nagpur University.
