Additionally, Rich Young co-founded LegalMaps in April 2019, a platform aimed at enhancing transparency in legal spending for law firms and legal departments. Previously, Rich Young held the position of Global Director for Compliance and Disputes at Johnson Controls, overseeing significant compliance and litigation risks, and served as a Partner at Bowman and Brooke, where recognition for excellence in automotive product liability defense was achieved.
