Harmony Imler Oswald is an experienced professional with a long history of success in a variety of roles. Harmony Imler Oswald has a diverse educational background. Harmony began their studies in 1995 at Bradley Academy / The Art Institute of York, where they earned an Associate Degree in Graphic Design. Harmony then attended the U.S. Army Defense Information School, Ft. Meade, MD from 1997 to 1999 and obtained an International Journalist (46R) degree as a Public Affairs Specialist. In 2009, they graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Law and Society, Summa Cum Laude. Finally, they attended Santa Clara University School of Law from 2013 to 2016 and earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with a High Tech Law Certificate (w/ Honors).
