Darla Schrock

Darla Schrock has over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting field. Darla currently serves as the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Legence. Prior to this, they worked at Valaris Limited as the Director of SEC Reporting, Property, and JV Accounting from December 2019 to August 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director of Finance and Accounting at ARO Drilling in EnscoRowan from April 2019 to December 2019. Darla also worked at Rowan Companies as the Controller for External Reporting and Technical Accounting from June 2016 to April 2019. Darla began their career at Hercules Offshore as a Senior Financial Reporting Manager from August 2007 to June 2016. Prior to that, they held the same position at Weatherford from January 2002 to August 2007.

Darla Schrock earned a Bachelor's degree in Sacred Music from Southwestern Assemblies of God College in 1988. Darla later completed their Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Houston in 1996.
