Greg Barnes

Greg Barnes has a diverse work history across various industries. Greg is currently working as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Legence, where they oversee all aspects of the HR function. Prior to that, they held the same role at Apache Industrial Services, where they managed the HR function for a large workforce across North America.

Before their time in the industrial services sector, Barnes worked at BlueLine Rental, first as the Vice President of Human Resources and later as the National Director of HR. Greg led the HR function during the company's sale to United Rentals.

Barnes also gained valuable experience at GE, where they held multiple roles, including Regional HR Manager and HR Manager for various divisions. Greg played a key role in managing and developing HR strategies for global operations and implementing initiatives to enhance employee hiring and retention.

Earlier in their career, Barnes worked at Johnson Service Group as an Account Executive/Technical Recruiter and at PAS, Inc. as a Process Control Engineer.
