Nate Rusmisel

Nate Rusmisel is an experienced Assistant Property Manager at Legend Management Group, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Nate completed an internship at Management Services Corporation in the summer of 2021. Before that role, Nate served as a Construction Foreman at The Highlands Development Group, LLC, where responsibilities included working alongside general contractors on roof repairs, roof replacements, flooring installations, plumbing, and various residential repairs from February 2019 to July 2020. Nate holds a Bachelor of Science in Property Management from Virginia Tech (2020-2022) and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in General Studies from Mountain Gateway Community College (2018-2020).
