Brandon Smeltzer

Brandon Smeltzer, MHA, currently serves as the Regional Sales Director at Legend Senior Living® since December 2024. Previously, Brandon held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Marquis Health Consulting Services, where responsibilities included leading a 19-member team across 13 communities, driving sales strategy, enhancing digital presence, and overseeing community acquisitions. Prior experience includes Vice President of Sales and Marketing at IntegraCare Corporation, where Brandon managed a $4.5M marketing budget and orchestrated multiple community acquisitions, Director of Market Development at HCR ManorCare, and Director of Assisted Living and Personal Care at Pennsylvania Health Care Association. Brandon earned a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
