Roberto Pareja is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Head Chef CPU at Legends since August 2023. Previously, Roberto held various prestigious positions including Responsable de fábrica V gama at IRCO S.L, where responsibilities included managing a central kitchen and obtaining an IFS v7 certification. As Resort Executive Chef at Palladium Hotel Group, Roberto contributed to the Grand Palladium White Island and Grand Palladium Palace, helping the properties earn the WTA award for the best all-inclusive hotel in Spain in 2022. Further experience includes roles as Executive Chef at Alua Hotels & Resorts and multiple leadership positions at Palladium Hotel Group, focusing on culinary operations and kitchen management across several international locations. Roberto’s extensive education in culinary techniques, hospitality management, and specialized cooking methods supports a robust career in the culinary arts.
