Justin Freedin

Justin Freedin is a Principal, Lawyer, Engineer, and Patent Agent at ROBIC since January 2014, where the firm joined the IPH Limited group in December 2023. Justin has a diverse professional background, including positions as a Partner and Articling Student at ROBIC, and self-employment as a Web Developer since 2007. Previous experience includes a role as a Software Development Contractor at Avid Technology from 2011 to 2013, a Technical Writer/Quality Assurance Co-op at Avid Technology in 2010, and a Student Coder and Tester in Bioinformatics at Genome Quebec in 2009. Justin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université de Montréal, a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, a Diploma of Collegial Studies in Science from CEGEP - John Abbott College, and is currently pursuing professional training at École du Barreau du Québec and a Certificate in Chinese Law from China University of Political Science and Law.
