Yvonne Acquafredda MBA, PCC, ECPC has over 10 years of experience in the coaching and marketing fields. In 2010, they began their career as the Marketing & Public Relations Manager for National Restaurant Development, Inc. After four years, they moved to Florida Blue as the Regional Marketing Lead, where they were responsible for all grassroots marketing and community activation for 4 Retail Centers in the Northern part of the state. In 2015, they began working as an Independent Contractor for ZurickDavis Executive Search in Health Care and as Managing Partner & Coach for Ibis Coaching. In 2018, they became a Teaching Assistant for Erickson Coaching International and Career and Leadership Coach for LeggUP Inc. Yvonne has also been a Mastermind Facilitator for the International Coach Federation - Central Florida Charter Chapter since 2017 and a Certification Mastermind Facilitator-Conversational Intelligence for the World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) since 2019. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Professional Development Coach for CoachHub - The digital coaching platform.

Yvonne Acquafredda has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Miami, obtained in 1999. In 2007, they earned an MBA in Marketing from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. In 2012, they completed a Mini MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University. In 2016, they earned an ECPC in the Art and Science of Coaching from Erickson Coaching International. In addition to these degrees, Yvonne has obtained several certifications, including a Team Coaching Practitioner from EMCC Global, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Team Coach from the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI), Hogan Assessments from Hogan Assessment Systems, EQ-I. 2.0 & EQ 360 from Multi-Health Systems Inc.
