Jakub Marynowicz has a diverse work experience in the field of sports performance and coaching. Jakub currently holds the position of Head of Academy Performance at Legia Warszawa, starting in September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Fitness Coach for the Polish National Team U-16/U-17/U-18 at PZPN from March 2022. Jakub also has experience as an Athletic Trainer and Sport Science Consultant at Marynowicz Athletic Performance & Sports Science, starting in 2018. From 2013 to 2023, they held multiple roles at KKS Lech Poznań S.A., including Head of Academy Strength and Conditioning and Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach. In addition, Jakub worked as a Research Assistant at Poznan University of Physical Education from August 2019 to August 2023. Jakub also worked as a Fitness Coach for the Polish National Team U-19 at PZPN from March 2021 to November 2021. Lastly, they worked as an Athletic Trainer at BodyWork from November 2017 to August 2021.
Jakub Marynowicz's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled at the Poznan University of Physical Education to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Science and Football. Jakub completed this program in 2015.
After obtaining their bachelor's degree, Jakub continued their studies at the same institution. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strength & Conditioning.
Building on their previous academic achievements, Jakub embarked on a doctoral journey in the field of Sport and Exercise at the Poznan University of Physical Education in 2017. Jakub completed their PhD program in 2021.
