Sam Heatherdale is a seasoned restaurant management professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Legion Brewing Company since December 2021, Sam previously held roles including Managing Partner and Restaurant Manager at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen and Regional Director and General Manager at Newk's Eatery. Sam's background also includes experience as Assistant Manager at Wendy's/Arby's Group, Inc. and Bojangles' Restaurants, Inc. Additionally, Sam served in the US Army from October 2007 to October 2010 as a vehicle operator, leading a squad during a 15-month tour in Afghanistan. Sam is an alumnus of Forsyth Technical Community College.
