Michael Spataro

Michael Spataro is a retail industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience driving successful workforce management strategies and implementations for large brands including Costco, Macy’s, Hyatt and IKEA among others. Spataro, who has a track record of building work-class delivery organizations, joined Legion from Axsium, a global workforce management consulting firm, where he was vice president of Services.
