Cai Dong

Cai Dong has extensive experience in administrative and educational roles within governmental and educational settings. Currently serving as the Manager of the Parliamentary Education Office at the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia since November 2017, Cai Dong oversees operational delivery of various programs and outreach activities. Prior roles at the Legislative Assembly include Executive Assistant to both the Clerk and the Deputy Clerk, as well as Parliamentary Education Coordinator. Background also includes experience in program coordination at Royal Roads University, sales coordination at Tourism Victoria, and creative roles in theatre and radio. Cai Dong holds a Bachelor of Acting from Yunnan Arts University and has contributed to the performing arts both as an actor and instructor.
