Jennifer Sainz

Jennifer Sainz currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, following a 15-month tenure as a Human Resources Advisor in the same organization. Jennifer has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, including positions such as Human Resources Advisor at Manta Construction Inc. and the Capital Regional District, and Director of Operations at Yoga Lab Victoria, where responsibilities included managing large teams and overseeing various HR functions. Additionally, Jennifer has held roles in program coordination and administrative support at educational institutions, demonstrating strong organizational and customer service skills. Jennifer earned a Post-degree Diploma in Human Resource Management & Leadership from Camosun College and holds a Bachelor of Management from The University of Lethbridge.
