Jason Jenkins

Jason Jenkins possesses extensive experience in commercial operations and guest services within the leisure and entertainment industry. Currently, as Head of Commercial Operations at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort since June 2019, Jason has built upon a solid foundation established through various managerial roles, including Senior Retail, Admissions and VIP Manager and Senior Guest Operations Manager at the same resort. Prior expertise includes serving as Senior Retail Manager at Merlin Entertainments and Retail Manager at Picsolve International Ltd. Earlier in the career, Jason held positions such as Park Excellence Manager at Chessington World of Adventures Resort and multiple roles at LEGOLAND Windsor, where responsibilities ranged from Retail Assistant Manager to Senior Visitor Services Advisor in the contact center.
