Kristen Fallon

Kristen Fallon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community outreach, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as the School and Community Outreach Coordinator at Lehigh Career & Technical Institute since October 2023, Kristen co-founded Let's Build Construction Camp for Girls in July 2016. Previous roles include Chief Communications Officer at Greater Valley YMCA from July 2021 to March 2023 and Regional Vice President of Member Services at Associated Builders and Contractors Eastern Pa. Chapter from March 2016 to June 2021, where Kristen was responsible for membership growth in the Lehigh Valley region. Additional experience includes positions at RCN, Viamedia, Associated Builders and Contractors, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Sports Management from DeSales University, completed from 2000 to 2003, and attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1995 to 1997.
