Lauren Butz

Lauren Butz possesses extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Lehigh County Authority since July 2017, Lauren has honed skills in managing guest interactions and utilizing point of sale systems while also holding a bartending position at Emaus Fire Company 1 since February 2015. Prior experience includes working as a Paralegal and Office Manager at Driscole Howell LLC from October 2013 to July 2017, where Lauren excelled in office organization, scheduling, and communication with courthouses. Lauren holds an Associate of Science degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Lehigh Carbon Community College, earned between 2013 and 2016.
