William Gaudelli currently serves as Vice Provost for Innovation in Education and Dean at Lehigh University, a position held since July 2018. Previously, William was Department Chair and Professor at Teachers College, Columbia University from September 2006 to August 2018, where responsibilities included program coordination and teaching graduate courses in social studies education, curriculum, and research, as well as advising doctoral and master's candidates. William also held the role of Associate Professor at the University of Central Florida from August 2000 to August 2006, focusing on program coordination and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses with field supervision. Earlier in their career, William taught social studies at Hunterdon Central Regional High School from September 1990 to June 2000. William earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Social Studies Education from Rutgers University, and a BA in Political Science and Government, as well as History, from Rutgers College. Additionally, William participated in The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars in 1989.
