Jessica Minor

Jessica Minor has a diverse professional background spanning multiple roles in client support, sales, education, and entertainment. Jessica has been with ADP since April 2019 as a Marketplace Client Support Specialist and previously held the position of Inside Sales Representative. Jessica has also been involved with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms since August 2017 as part of the Energy Team and Video Production Crew, and served on the promotions staff for the Lehigh Valley IronPigs from April 2013 to September 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Theatre Operations Technician at Duke University, Science Educator at Da Vinci Science Center, and Theatre Technician at Cedar Crest College. Additional work experience encompasses positions as a Sales Associate at Robert M. Sides, Inc., Hostess at Carrabba's Italian Grill, and Entertainer at Crayola. Jessica Minor is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Marketing at Strayer University, building on a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Cedar Crest College.
