Cooper Schmitz

Cooper Schmitz is a Junior Process Engineer at Lehigh White Cement Company since November 2022, contributing to the largest white cement plant in the U.S. by developing process improvements, promoting employee safety initiatives, and troubleshooting quality and equipment issues. Previously, Cooper worked as a Production Technician at Waters Corporation from December 2020 to October 2022, focusing on the production of chemical standards while adhering to ISO90001 and EPA manufacturing standards. Cooper holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Colorado State University, earned in June 2020.
