Alexis Rose

Alexis Rose is currently the Director and Artist Liaison at Lehmann Maupin since January 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the East Coast Director and Senior Director at Night Gallery from August 2016 to December 2018 and from August 2016 to July 2018, respectively. Before Night Gallery, they served as the Associate Director at Maccarone from August 2015 to May 2016. Their experience also includes working as a Project Coordinator at Hauser & Wirth from January 2014 to July 2015, an Artist Liaison at Andrea Rosen Gallery from September 2012 to December 2013, an Assistant to Sterling Ruby at Sterling Ruby Studio from April 2010 to August 2012, and a Gallery Assistant and Front Desk Assistant at David Zwirner from November 2007 to April 2010 and May 2008 to April 2010, respectively. Alexis started their career as an Intern at Deitch Projects from May 2007 to September 2007 and a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs from June 2006 to September 2006. Alexis also interned at Brandywine River Museum from January 2006 to June 2006.

Alexis Rose attended The Kent School from 1999 to 2003. Their degree name and field of study during this time are not mentioned. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College from 2003 to 2007, majoring in Art History and Economics.
