Carsten Schlote

Carsten Schlote is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in embedded systems, DevOps, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Embedded Software/DevOps Engineer at Leica Camera AG since October 2016, Carsten specializes in DevOps, continuous integration, build tools, automated testing, and connectivity solutions. Prior experience includes leading the development of mobile connect solutions at konzeptpark GmbH, focusing on network routing using IPSec and OpenVPN from November 2006 to September 2016. Additional roles at Siemens VDO Automotive, Philips APM, and Metabox involved product testing, hardware/software development, and embedded OS development. Carsten began a technical career in support roles in the mid-1990s while obtaining an education from Goethe University Frankfurt and the University of Koblenz and Landau.
