Yuliya Davidenko

Yuliya Davidenko has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Yuliya currently holds the position of Head of Global Sales and Retail Training at Leica Camera AG since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PUMA Group, where they held various roles including Senior Manager Training & Development Global Retail, Europe Retail Training Manager, Europe Retail Trainer (Switzerland based), and Country Training Manager. Yuliya also gained experience as a Retail Store Manager, where they successfully managed a team, improved sales, and reduced stock loss.

Yuliya Davidenko has a diverse educational background. Yuliya received their Master's degree in Computerized Systems and Robotics from East Ukrainian National University from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Lugansk Taras Shevchenko National University, completing their studies from 2002 to 2005.

Yuliya continued to expand their knowledge and skills by attending various training programs. From 2016 to 2017, they completed the Coach Practitioner EMCC program at TPC Leadership in the United Kingdom, obtaining EQA Certification. In 2019, they underwent Co-Active Coaching training at Schouten & Nelissen in Munich, Germany, becoming a CTI Trained Co-Active Coach.

In terms of certifications, Yuliya holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation, which they obtained in January 2021. Yuliya also obtained the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification from the Co-Active Training Institute in October 2020. These additional certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous professional development in the coaching field.
