Emmanuelle Généreux

Emmanuelle Généreux has a diverse work experience, starting in 1998 as an HR Manager at Renault. Emmanuelle then worked as an HR Consultant at ARACT from 2001 to 2003. After that, they held various HR roles at AREVA T&D from 2006 to 2010, including the position of Human Resources Sales Force & Marketing Director. Généreux then joined ALSTOM Grid in 2010, where they served as the VP of Human Resources for the Service Business Unit and later as the VP of Human Resources for Power Electronic Activities. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at GE Energy as the HRM Global sales Western Europe, Global Accounts & Marketing. Emmanuelle then moved to GE, where they held several HR positions from 2012 to 2019, including HR Project Leader and Executive HR Business Partner. In 2019, Généreux joined TEREOS as HR Director for Corporate, Sales & Marketing, and International Divisions. Currently, they are working at Leica Microsystems as the HR Director for Global Commercial & Marketing and the EMEA Region.

Emmanuelle Généreux completed a Master's degree in HR from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 1996-1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Maîtrise de Droit (Law) with a focus on Business Law & Labor Law from Paris-Sceaux University in 1995-1996.
