Allan Thompson

Allan Thompson is a seasoned Senior Research Technician at LUMC, with a career spanning from January 1977 to the present. Prior to this role, Allan worked as a Medical Laboratory Technician at Warwick Hospital UK from August 1970 to August 1976. Allan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in B Cell Differentiation and X-Linked Agammaglobulinaemia (BTK) from Leiden University Medical Center, earned between 1976 and 2016. Additional educational qualifications include a Post HNC in Medical Bacteriology from Birmingham Polytechnic, a Higher National Certificate in Medical Microbiology from Lanchester Polytechnic, and an Ordinary National Certificate in Medical Laboratory Sciences from Coventry Technical College.
