Jonna Grönbärj

Jonna Grönbärj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Yrityskulttuurimuotoilija at Leidenschaft Oy since September 2020, Jonna previously held various roles over a twelve-year tenure at Trainers' House, including Director of HR & Employee Experience, Change Consultant, Training Consultant, and Project Manager, focusing on project management and team leadership. Prior experience includes positions as an HRD Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at Satama Interactive from May 2000 to May 2008. Jonna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in HRM, leadership, international business, and marketing from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, as well as a certification as a Systemic Business Coach from the University of Helsinki Centre for Continuing Education and BoMentis Coaching House.
