Mona Rundberg

Mona Rundberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in company culture and human resources. Currently serving as the Company Culture Director at Leidenschaft since February 2016, Mona leads a pioneering agency specializing in culture transformations. As a co-founder and Director of Culture & People at Siqni and Eezy Flow, both established in 2019 and 2022 respectively, Mona plays a significant role in shaping organizational culture. Previously, as CEO at Great Place to Work® Finland, Mona focused on improving workplace environments through training and consulting. Additional experience includes key positions in the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Ministry of Education and Culture in Finland, emphasizing management development and human resource strategies. Mona holds a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Jyväskylä.
